Ukrainian Art Song will debut officially in Ukraine

Ukrainian Art Song will debut officially in Ukraine this summer with 2 concerts in Kyiv on June 5 with National Philharmonic and Lviv on June 9th at Lviv Philharmonic. Program will include Ukrainian Art Songs to the poetry of Taras Shevchenko and music by Mykola Lysenko, Yakiv Stepovyi & Stefania Turkewich & the cycle of Shakespeare sonnets to the music by Oleksandr Yakovchuk. The title of the concert is "The World of Shevchenko and Shakespeare in Ukrainian Art Song". We are looking for support. Please join us in making these debut concert in Ukraine a real celebration of Ukrainian Art Song and our music heritage in general. Pavlo already had his first meeting with its president Andy Hunder.
