Don’t miss the Artists in Performance recital on Sunday, August 18 at 3 pm when all eight emerging artists perform and showcase their remarkable talent as well as the skills they have mastered during the week.

For our third Ukrainian art song Summer Institute, the Ukrainian Art Song Project presents “Muse.”  A poet, having lost his inspiration, retraces the paths of his life, striving to reawaken in himself the passion that once allowed him to create great works of art. He sets off on an arduous journey of discovery to experience as many moments of life as possible – some most enjoyable, some quite horrific.  Whether or not he succeeds in re. claiming his muse is a question to be answered by you. Join us and enjoy the poems of Oleksandr Oleswhich, together with Myroslav Volynsky’s “Wagnerian” music and the compositions of Mykola Lysenko, Yakiv Stepovyi and Marko Kropyvnytskyi, offer a depth of emotions that reveals a stark truth.

The final recital will be held at the Temerty Theatre at the Royal Conservatory's TELUS Centre For Performance and Learning, 273 Bloor Street West in Toronto.

Last year's performance was sold out and seating is limited - so don't don't wait to buy your tickets TODAY!
